Leveled Classes
Classes are distinguished by level to promote safe progress and development of the practice and its teachings. You can expect each class to have some representation of pranayama, asana, and meditation. Each teacher will give you a different flavor.
Our style of yoga is influenced by flow style vinyasa, prop heavy Iyengar yoga, and posture focused hatha, with representation from other movement schools such as resistance training, and functional movement.
We offer a variety of classes including warm, yoga strength, flow, advanced, yin/restorative, meditation, and more. Develop your practice with us.

This class is a great fit for beginners but it is not designed for new students. Those looking for refinement would do well in this class. You can expect cueing for posture alignment and education on the actions and intentions behind the pose. Breath work and meditation are introduced.

This class is for seasoned students who have developed body awareness and have a basic understanding of posture mechanics. Expect and increase in pose diversity and a faster pace than Level 1. Additional pranayama and meditation techniques will be introduced.

This is an advanced class. Expect advanced postures including arm balances, inversions, and binds. Additional time will be spent building and refining postures. Pranayama and meditation practices will progress from Level 2.
