Beyond.

  • Educational Workshops

Light House is dedicated to education. Our workshops include but also expand beyond movement practices. These workshops include guest speakers, skill refinement, and experiential offerings to take you further on your path.

  • Coaching & Mentorship

When faced with major change, discomfort, or confusion sometimes all we need to to be heard. The trouble is, most people don’t know how to truly listen without involving their personal thoughts and emotions - and it isn’t their fault! People are wonderful empathetic creatures, but it does complicate things. We believe in the transformation that is accessible though coaching.

Mentorships are for yoga teachers who are aspiring to take their teaching to the next level. Whether your goals include elevating your teaching techniques or building your business, Mentorships are a personalized approach to stepping further on the path of a teacher.

  • Yoga Teacher Training & Yoga Immersion

Light House aims to educate the people about yogic practices and lifestyle choices. Currently Yoga Teacher Training is the most direct way to step into an immersive experience. The problem is, not all students want to become teachers right away. To solve this gap, we have created a Yoga Immersion which replicates the model of YTT but takes out the elements of teaching.

Yoga Immersion, 200 HR YTT and other trainings will frequent the schedule.
