Massage offerings

Restorative Massage: To help the body repair and recover from any lost mobility or range of motion due to injury, repetitive use, or any other general tightness, discomfort, or pain.

Relaxation Massage: Providing your body a more peaceful state. If you have been stressed and need a relaxing massage that puts you into a deep, relaxed state - it’s the relaxation massage.

Swedish Massage: This is a specific technique that has been created specifically to improve circulation and flexibility. The method involves medium to light pressure with constant movement and contact.

Foot Treatment: The feet are a map for the full body. 40 minutes of localized attention on your feet and ankles.

Massages and treatments are booked by duration. Your appointment will include an intake session where you will have an opportunity to discuss your focus areas and your goals for your treatment. Cameron will help you determine what style of massage will be the most beneficial for your body.
