Private yoga is for everyone

We believe that yoga is for everybody. Whatever stage of life your in, whatever your goals are, and whatever your abilities are, there is a yoga practice for you. The trouble is trying to cater to these individual goals and needs in a public, group setting.

Private sessions offer you the personalized attention that will take your practice to new places. Bring your questions and curiosity and start to unravel the puzzle that is your body.

Session focus can include:

  • Q&A

  • Posture education

  • Goal oriented sessions (ex: handstands, breath work, spinal mobility)

  • Restorative yoga session with essential oils

  • Movement, breath work, journaling and meditation for stress management

Private yoga is for those who are looking for the help from a professional. We are here to take you into more advanced places in your practice, or to help you get started if you are intimidated by the group classes.

We have a number of amazing teachers who are qualified to offer you quality one-on-one yoga to suit your needs and your goals.

Not all teachers are created equal! We each have our own unique skills and offerings that make us special.

Casey Deschene

Casey’s specialty is handstands, inversions and arm balances, as well as anatomy and posture education. She has experience working in the physical therapy field which helps in her understanding of injury prevention and functional movement.

Caitlin Ferrante

Estelle Schweizer

Estelle’s focus is on helping others achieve internal balance, stress reduction, and mental clarity through gentle physical practices, as well as the art of stillness and rest.

She is available for 1:1 or small group sessions for beginners wanting to learn the foundational poses and salutations in a private setting, as well as yin, restorative, and yoga Nidra.

In addition, she offers Reiki sessions, meditation and mindfulness coaching and mentoring.

Jess Belongia

In addition to her yoga training, Jess is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Licensed Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She specializes in teaching beginners and assisting students in building confidence in their practice and a better understanding of how to modify the practice to suit their individual needs.
