Blissful Journey

Blissful Journey is a 90 min body mind experience designed to calm, ground, and relax tension. Class begins with 30 minutes of slow flow to bring you into your body and start to center your attention. What follows is 30 minutes of restorative postures to offer support, and an opportunity for your nervous system to enter rest & digest. Class concludes with 30 minutes of yoga Nidra. Nidra is similar to a guided meditation but you are in a reclined posture to encourage a body that is consciously asleep while awareness is also present.

Join Sharon Bridson for this full relaxation experience. Sharon has years of practice in the healing arts. She has over 800 hours of yoga training, 150+ of which have been dedicated to restorative, yin and Nidra practices. Her credentials include RYT500, Certified in Yoga Nidra, Restorative, & Yin, Mindfulness Certified, Life Coach, and Cert. Occupational Therapist. Some of her teachers include Jillian Pranksy, Jennifer Reis and Sonya Sumer.
