Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice that encourages deep relaxation of the physical, emotional and mental bodies. When these aspects of ourselves relax we are able to dive beneath the surface of our experience to explore what lies within us.

When Yoga Nidra is paired with restorative yoga the physical body is offered opportunity to unwind and enter into a state of receptive awareness. This workshop will provide the practitioner an opportunity to completely relax, unravel traumas and connect with the deepest and most sacred aspect of ourselves.

About Your Host: Jen Smith

Jen Smith is a 500+ RYT with other certifications in Thai Massage, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama and Meditation. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and continues to be a student of yoga and a seeker of truth. She believes in the power of pranayama, meditation, asana and all of the other 8 limbs of yoga. She loves to share this practice with other and aims to construct classes that are accessible to all, that draws from different types of practices to create a well rounded class that leaves everyone with a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
