A meditative practice to cultivate deep loving kindness to heal your heart and love yourself
In order to love others truly, we must first learn to love ourselves. This special class will offer a practice that will tap into the love that lives within the heart, and to deeply and honestly begin to offer that love to ourselves.
First we will move through a slow and supported heart opening restorative yoga practice where we will drop into the body and unravel tensions. Then we will practice an ancient Buddhist meditative practice called metta meditation where will practice the fine art of cultivating loving kindness towards ourselves. We end with all encompassing visualization of our true love expanding and vibrating outward to touch all beings everywhere.
