It’s easy to feel intimidated by inverted poses. You might think, what if I can’t do it , what if I fall on my face, how would I even start? But, inversions don’t have to be scary or overwhelming, it is possible to build a practice that will help us work up to these highly beneficial postures.

In this workshop we will start slow and work our way from the ground up, exploring possibilities and potential for growth. If you're interested in building an inversions practice or exploring accessible options this workshop is for you.

About The Teacher

Jen Smith has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2016 and specializes in alignment and accessibility.

She is a 500 Hr + Trained Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500 ERYT) and Continuing Educator ( YACEP). She is also a lover of animals, music and the outdoors.
