Connect to your Creative Nature and Surrender into Universal Flow
With focus on the second chakra (swatistana) we will connect to the water element which invites us to soften into flow, to allow instead of force, to feel instead of think. This center puts us back in communication with our creative nature, our ability to experience pleasure and urges us to fully engage with all life has to offer.
If you're feeling like your life is lacking joy, pleasure, creativity, flow, feeling, join us.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice that encourages deep relaxation of the physical, emotional and mental bodies. When these aspects of ourselves relax we are able to dive beneath the surface of our experience to explore what lies within us.
In this workshop we will tap into the creative energy center swadhisthana, where the flowing water element reins. We will activate and connect with this flow of energy to realize our innate creative nature and bring forth shifts that block us from accessing our individual creative ability to affect good in the world.
When Yoga Nidra is paired with restorative yoga the physical body is offered opportunity to unwind and enter into a state of receptive awareness. This workshop will provide the practitioner an opportunity to completely relax, unravel traumas and connect with the deepest and most sacred aspect of ourselves. You will be offered the help of hands on assists during the restorative portion of class to elevate your experience and what you are able to access in the poses.
