What Should I Be Eating?: Ayurvedic Nutrition + Gut Health

  • Light House Yoga 1060 Osgood Street North Andover, MA, 01845 United States (map)

"What should I be eating?" is one of the most common questions asked of holistic practitioners. You’ve probably heard lots of different ideas about the "right diet" - keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan - and you may be confused. Maybe you’ve tried supplements and herbs to heal your gut…but nothing seems to work as well as you hoped.

In Ayurveda we recognize digestion is the foundation of health. What you eat is so important. But when you eat, how you eat, and your capacity to handle stress are just as important. Your body is a reflection of nature. Nutrition, digestion and whole body health requires honoring this connection through all of your daily habits.

In this workshop you'll learn:

  • How and why digestion is the foundation of physical, mental and emotional health

  • How your physiology is a reflection of nature

  • Why your eating habits - when and how - are just as important as what you’re eating

  • What you should be eating and when

This workshop will empower you to go from outsourcing to IN-sourcing your healing through tapping into your innate wisdom and connection to nature. .
