Thai Massage + Restorative Yoga
Thai Body Work is a healing modality that combines passive restorative yoga postures with stretching release of muscles and fascia, acupressure, trigger point release, and meridian line work to unwind tight muscles and open energy pathways to restore health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic bodies. In this session participants will be guided into restorative postures as Jen moves around the room giving special hands on attention to each person, workin on areas of the body that need the most attention. This session WILL fill up so please reserve your spot early.
